The Clerkship Committee meeting was Monday Nov 16th and Dr. Abramson suggested that the new project be rapid dispersal of information to students.
Semi-Formal is scheduled for Dec. 4th.
Rosemary from the Physical Diagnosis class will be scheduling how to do a pelvic exam in Jan, Feb or Mar.

The anatomy memorial is scheduled for January 13th. Tom will speak with second years about possible suggestions.

Mental Status: Brian & Demetre will begin work on an issue of Mental Status tentative press date January.
Reviewing past Student Council Minutes: Tom & Demetre will be scouring the past minutes to update by-laws and make a copy available for printing on the web.
Proposal to fund an Urban Professional basketball team for 4th years: Budget approved by 12-1-3 (pro, con, abstain) to fund 90% (as per Council policy) of the Fourth Year Urban Professional Basketball team.
Outing Club proposal:
Budget rejected by 1-15-1 (pro, con, abstain) to fund an additional $1100 to fund Outing Clubs paintball trip.
Budget approved by 13-3-1 (pro, con, abstain) to fund an additional $600 to fund Outing Clubs paintball trip.
Rubin Lounge reservation request: Rubin Lounge reservation passed by 16-0-1 (pro, con, abstain) for the Christian Fellowship on Dec. 12th from 9a.m – 1 p.m.
Don and Carol's: An e-mail subscription service will be set up in the future to advertise upcoming tickets for Don & Carol. This system will mail students (only those who subscribe, no more spam) first followed by others immediately prior to ticket dates. The timeline and administration of this project has not been determined yet.
