1. Library Shutdown Library will close at 6 pm to non-medical students from Dec.4 - Dec. 20th, to allow students the space to study for finals.
2. Treasurer Diana gets money from Rosina in the Dean's office in small chunks; after her expenses there is a certain amount left for when people apply to her for money. However, because she does not have all the money at once, she asks that people request funds over $500 at least 1-2 weeks in advance.
3. Revisions to Bylaws Section I: Member-at large is now referred to as Senior Advisor Chief Advisor is now referred to as "Past Pesident"
   Eliminate references to "secretary" (3.2,3.3)
   Strike 7.2 (helping class president is assumed resposibility of all members)
4. CORE Edie brought up the possibility of making improvements in the gym a CORE issue. Although the gym is used by the entire medical center and the gym committee is not officially a student committee, it can be viewed as an aspect of residential environment that CORE can advocate funding for. Enough interest was shown that Edie will come back with details of what equipment should be purchased and at what cost so a proposal may be developed through the gym committee.
5. Pancake Dinner Set for Mon., Nov 20. In the Student Cafeteria, Cost will be $5.
