Old Business:

Study Space: Study Space in Alumni C set to open next Friday. They are still waiting on the study carrels.
Students should not leave doors in Coles building propped open.

The Directory: The final copy of the student directory is just about ready to be sent to the print shop and should be ready for distribution within a week or two.

New Business:

OSR Conference Update:

Minutes: By a vote of 12-0-1 (for, against, abstain) it was decided that on Tuesday evenings, following student council meetings, an e-mail will be sent (by the Student Council President) to all four classes. The e-mail will open with a brief "unofficial synopsis" of major issues of that week. Concepts for the "unofficial synopsis" will be composed by the Student Council President at the closure of the meeting and approved by Student Council. Following that will be the previous week's minutes, approved by the Student Council. This document will be addressed "Student Council Minutes" to enable students to screen their e-mail. Finally, a tentative agenda for the next week will be sent to the student body by the Student Council President on the day before each Council Meeting with the disclosure that the agenda may change.

Tabled due to time:
